He is a certified Green Builder, holds an Earthcraft certification and is highly involved in Building Sciences.

Perry Engineering is a Tennessee-based civil engineering firm specializing in commercial and residential site development. Perry is known for its innovative solutions to complex conditions and serves both local and regional clients. Perry is licensed in twelve states and focuses on large-scale commercial and residential projects.
Six.0.Nine is pleased to count Nossi College of Art as a key artistic design collaborator. Founded in 1973, Nossi is a nationally-accredited, professional collegiate institution with a highly talented staff and student body. Nossi's collaboration includes a 15' tall outdoor mural, making Six.0.Nine a unique, art-inspired residential complex that continues the neighborhood's culture of creativity and inspiration initiated and anchored by Studio 615, Goodpasture Christian School and Nossi College of Art.
